The Art of Balance, through Refined Healing.
Exclusive Massage & Yoga Therapy
H a r m o n i a . . . is a sanctuary devoted to the harmonisation of the koshas—the five layers of being—to refine the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions through therapeutic massage and conscious yogic practice.
This is more than a treatment.
H a r m o n i a . . . is a journey into the art of balance, where you are invited into a space to disconnect from the outter world, reconnect to your inner one, to restore, harmonise, and expand.
“H a r m o n i a . . . is a reflection of who I am — a sanctuary where artistry, healing, and presence merge to offer you a refined experience of serenity, beauty, and harmony.”
H a r m o n i a . . .
Harmony is the quality of a whole in which all parts exist in coherence. It is the subtle dialogue between elements that might appear separate. Is is what allows colours to become a painting, letters to become poetry, notes to become music. In music, harmony arises when different tones vibrate together to create a richer, fuller sound, a depth no single note could hold alone. The human being is no different.
Within us, the koshas—the five layers of being—form our own inner scale: the physical body, the energetic field, our emotional and mental landscapes, and the quiet radiance of the Spirit. Like breath and body co-arising, none of these layers truly stand alone. When they move in coherence, we feel whole, attuned, at peace, and harmonious.
At the heart of H a r m o n i a . . . lies a simple belief:
“When individuals cultivate inner harmony, they offer harmony to the world.”
Collective harmony begins within. Through presence, awareness, and mindfulness, returning to oneself. It is the practice of listening to the inner noise, until it softens into a quiet symphony. My work is devoted to helping you rediscover this inner alignment: to attune the koshas so you feel grounded in your body, open in your energy, connected to your emotions, clear in your mind, and guided by the deeper intelligence that moves your life.
Finding harmony is the subtle art of meeting opposites, a continual dance and quest between polarities that shape all Life: masculine and feminine, consciousness and energy, stillness and movement, strength and softness, control and surrender… These forces animate nature, pulse through all beings and things, and orchestrate the dynamism of the universe. In my work, they infuse every session and shape the therapeutic encounter, woven through each intention, gesture, touch.
I chose massage and yoga as my primary disciplines because they are two of the most direct pathways to harmony. Massage works from the body inward, grounding, releasing, and recalibrating the energetic field in ways that influence the entire system. Yoga, the “union” of body, energies, mind, and spirit, expands this alignment from the inside outward. Together, they form a complete path, a meeting of touch and intention, physiology and philosophy, earth and sky.
H a r m o n i a . . . is a sanctuary devoted to the art of inner coherence. A place where your physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions are met with precision, warmth, reverence, and depth. Here, sessions become rituals. Touch becomes healing. Presence becomes guidance. Awareness becomes transformation.
My intention is simple: “to help you reconnect with the quiet centre within you, so that harmony—both personal and collective—can gently re-emerge.”

I approach my work as both an art and a therapeutic discipline, an integrated practice that tends to the body, the mind, and the subtle layers of energy that shape our lived experience. My path is rooted in discipline, devotion, and a profound love for this craft, continually refined through study, curiosity, and a wholehearted commitment to presence, and a deep commitment to understanding the human being in all its dimensions. For that purpose, I shape a constellation of practices oriented toward the understanding of Us: of ourselves, our body, our mind, and the spirit.
Alongside my embodied practices, I am currently engaged in a six-year education to become a psychotherapist, psychoanalyst, and Jungian analyst. This formation deepens my understanding of the human psyche, symbolic life, and the unconscious forces that shape our experience. It also allows me to meet you with psychological depth, emotional attunement, and an understanding of the symbolic and unconscious layers that shape healing.
My practice is grounded in a deep respect and embodied understanding of the cultural heritages and healing philosophies that have been created, tested, and passed down through living traditions. Thai medicine forms my primary lineage. I trained at Wat Po & Chetawan Thai Traditional Medical and Massage School—birthplace of Thai massage and among Thailand’s most revered centers of healing—where I learned to honour the body’s natural intelligence, the pathways that sustain vitality, and the refined art of therapeutic touch.
Alongside this foundation, I am a Hatha and Tantra practitioner and certified Yoga teacher. I use traditional Yoga—योग, the “union” of body, mind and spirit— as philosophy, spiritual discipline, and therapeutic system. These practices complement each other with remarkable coherence: both Yoga and Thai medicine arise from a profound understanding of subtle anatomy, embodied awareness, energy pathways, and a holistic vision of human flourishing. Together, they form the roots of my work.
From these foundations, my methodology expands holistically through the wisdom of the koshas—the five layers of being—where transformation unfolds across the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. I weave traditional Thai medical principles with yogic insight and contemporary bodywork techniques, responding with precision and sensitivity to the unique landscape of your body and being.
Experience is the ground from which intuition can emerge safely and effectively. While tradition offers structure, intuition brings nuance, adaptability, and life to the treatment. Through their interplay, I respond to your needs with clarity, care, and deep attentiveness.
I believe that healing requires presence, humility, gratitude, and compassion. For this reason, I cultivate Metta—the Buddhist quality of ‘lovingkindness’—as the inner foundation for my work. This state of mind creates a shared field of awareness, ensuring that every intention and gesture remain mindful, conscious, and fully attuned to your healing.
My intention is to offer a therapeutic experience that is both profoundly effective and deeply pleasurable, an encounter that gently guides you toward balance, integration, and harmony.
I look forward to welcoming you.
